JT’s Shrimp Shack is a quick casual fresh seafood concept. All seafood is brought in fresh and breaded or battered on premise. Specialties include our Colossal Fish Sandwich, Coconut Shrimp, and Garlic Pick ‘n’ Lick Shrimp. For those land lovers JT’s serves tender Filet Mignon Skewers, moist Grilled Chicken Breast Skewers and Sandwiches, Premium Burgers, and a variety of Crisp Specialty Salads. Our fried seafood is light and delicious. Our family recipe breading, the freshest product available and frying in a trans-fat free premium oil allow our guests to enjoy a spectacular meal. We invest in our food and people making all of our decisions based on two principles: 1) What is best for our guests and 2) What is the highest possible quality item we can serve.

JT’s mission is to provide top restaurant quality seafood in a fun casual atmosphere. Partnering with the high quality of food is the high level of service. With an open kitchen, the entire staff is visible to our guests. Hospitality is a way of life at JT’s. We all go out of our way to please our guests by anticipating their needs. Simple gestures of assisting with a large carryout order, holding open the door, or offering an extra set of hands to Mom with her kids, are all examples of what we do daily to show our appreciation for our guests.
